Order tender
Order tendering is the initial phase of transportation where the broker gathers detailed information about your load, such as weight, type, and dimensions. After collecting this data, the broker contacts a freight company or carrier to arrange the load, a process known as load tendering. The broker also requests information on handling conditions and the type of commodity.

Load scheduling
After tendering the load, freight brokers enter it into a Transportation Management System (TMS), which helps manage bookings and operations more efficiently. The TMS also allows brokers to find reliable carriers. Once the load is booked, the broker schedules the pick-up and delivery times.

Transit Management
During transit, a 3PL tracks and manages your freight using TMS, providing shippers with real-time updates and full visibility. Freight brokers and the 3PL ensure that shippers stay informed and that the shipping process runs smoothly.
